Win Sport - Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Win Sport does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our online store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
No Returns or Exchanges
Win Sport does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact Win Sport at info@win-sport.co within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review. Win Sport may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Resolution is not guaranteed and is determined at Win Sport’s discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not yet shipped; however, approval is not guaranteed.
Non-Refundable Charges
All shipping fees, taxes, duties, and import charges are non-refundable.
