This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Win Sport. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays. Orders placed after regular business hours or on weekends and holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside Win Sport’s control.

Domestic and International Shipping
Win Sport ships within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes for international shipments vary by destination and local carrier conditions.

Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Win Sport is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim. Win Sport will assist when possible but cannot guarantee a resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Win Sport is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Win Sport does not accept returns at this time unless required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed once submitted. Cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped, but approval is not guaranteed.
