We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the order to the carrier. The Services are hosted and supported by Shopify. All purchases through the store are made directly with Win Sport. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with Win Sport and is not liable for any damages arising from those transactions. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liability connected to your purchases from Win Sport.

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you provide may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with its privacy policy.
